If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us right away. We will accept items for exchange or credit within 10 days of receipt. Item must be returned in new condition. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDER?
Unfortunately we do not take any custom order at the moment. If you wish for a minimal adjustment to an already existing item on our webpage we can defiantly work with you. Please contact us for more info.

ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE
If your piece isn't fitting perfectly, simply reach out to us through our Contact Form with in 30 days of receiving order and we will take care of reworking your piece. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
For necklaces that are too short, purchasing an extender is a great option and a quick fix if the piece is time-sensitive.
Complimentary repairs will be honored within 30 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
All repair requests after 30 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a fee as well as a return shipping fee. Please contact us using the Contact Form to start a repair process.
CAN I ADD ANOTHER CHARM?
You can defiantly add a charm tag to your existing piece. You will need to mail the existing jewelry piece to us so we can attach it it for you. Please contact us before mailing your jewelry piece for further instructions. You can shop our ADD-ONs here.
